“Modern Men: Coachella Valley Men’s Chorus is excited to present STARS: A Galaxy of Song. Contained in this stunning performance is an exploration of the musical repertoire which, as we look heavenward, extols the inspiration and awe we enjoy, while musing on the wonder of those bright sentinels in the sky. In addition to some of your seasonal favorites, the chorus will delight with some of the chorus world’s most beautiful music by such renowned composers as Morton Lauridsen, Carol Bayer Sager, David Dickau and others. From utterly profound to wonderfully, delightfully playful, this is a concert aimed to tickle the fancy of every member of our beloved audience.”
Performances are Saturday, December 10th, at 7 PM, and Sunday, December 11th, at 3:00 PM, at the Palm Springs Cultural Center. For tickets and additional info, visit ModernMen.org.

Modern Men: Coachella Valley Men’s Chorus emerged as a part of the growing gay choral music movement of the last 30 years. We were established in 2013 with the vision of being an all-inclusive group of men who love to sing, reflecting our changing culture, and with the belief that performing great music can promote positive ideals, and transcend human differences.
We believe in joining together socially to make a positive contribution to the Coachella Valley communities in which we live. We are dedicated to educating the community through musical expression.”
