Luck Be a Lady Gala 2026: Red Carpet Highlights & Community Impact

Founded in 2012, The L-Fund is a community-driven nonprofit created by lesbians to support lesbians—including cis, trans, and queer-identifying individuals—particularly in times of need. Through its core programs, The L-Fund provides direct financial assistance for emergencies, educational advancement, artistic expression, and essential health and wellness services.

Proceeds from the annual Luck Be a Lady Gala directly fund these life-changing initiatives, including:

  • Emergency grants through Lesbians in Need (LIN)
  • Education support via the LEAP program
  • Artistic funding through the Debra I. Moore Grant for the Arts
  • Critical care through the Health and Wellness Fund
